As Director of Finance at LIFT Aviation, Valerie brings a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for open communication and trust. Since joining the team in 2016, she has been instrumental in ensuring that LIFT Aviation’s accounting operations run smoothly, meeting the needs of clients with precision and clarity.

Valerie’s journey into the world of accounting began after she moved to Austin in 2001. Having attended Southwest Texas State, she quickly found her niche in accounting and has built a reputation for organizing complex information in ways that are easy to understand. She believes that transparent communication is key to building long-term, trusting relationships with clients, a principle she brings to every interaction.

Outside of work, Valerie enjoys staying active, whether boating on Lake Travis, playing sand volleyball, or trail running. She loves spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, making the most of the vibrant outdoors around Austin. Valerie’s commitment to excellence and her positive, customer-focused approach continues to make a lasting impact at LIFT Aviation.
