Coy began his aviation journey in 1996, combining his passion for flight with Business and Economics degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. As a certified Flight Instructor, Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), and type-rated pilot for nearly all aircraft LIFT manages, Coy has amassed over 6,000 hours of flight time, primarily as Pilot in Command of high-performance turboprops and jets.

Beyond flying, Coy has built a successful career in aviation management, sales, and acquisitions, excelling through integrity, ethical practices, and a commitment to the “golden rule.” Now President and owner of LIFT Aviation, Coy continues to lead with the same drive and passion that defined his journey.

Based in Austin, TX, Coy enjoys life with his wife, two daughters, and golden doodles. In his downtime, he’s found wake-surfing on Lake Austin, snowboarding in the Rockies, or sailing the Caribbean.

As Vice President and Client Services Manager at LIFT Aviation, Christie brings a lifelong connection to aviation and a deep commitment to exceptional customer care. Growing up around planes, her love for flying began during cross-country trips with her father, who owned a small aircraft. Originally from Arizona, Christie has also called Colorado, Texas, and now Austin home. Outside of work, she treasures time spent with her husband, three grown children, and her beloved grand-babies. A seasoned aviator with over 25 years of experience, Korey serves as LIFT Aviation’s Director of Operations and Chief Pilot, where he is committed to ensuring the safety, precision, and excellence of every flight. With a rich background spanning flight instruction, airline operations, and charter services, Korey brings a wealth of knowledge and discipline to every mission. His focus on safety and exceptional customer experiences reflects his dedication to the well-being of passengers and crew alike.

Valerie’s journey into the world of accounting began after she moved to Austin in 2001. Having attended Southwest Texas State, she quickly found her niche in accounting and has built a reputation for organizing complex information in ways that are easy to understand. Outside of work, Valerie enjoys staying active, whether boating on Lake Travis, playing sand volleyball, or trail running. She loves spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, making the most of the vibrant outdoors around Austin.
